Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Brew Your Coffee

  • Brew 2 cups of hot coffee using your favorite beans or a French press.
  • Choose organic or low-acid coffee if you're sensitive to acidity.

Step 2: Add the Fats

  • While the coffee is hot, pour ½ cup into a blender.
